HT HARDENER – 1 LITER

HT Hardener HT 1 is a specialized, heat-reactive hardener designed for pad printing applications that require high durability and long-lasting adhesion. Unlike conventional hardeners, HT 1 only activates when force-dried at 150 °C (302 °F) for 30 minutes, ensuring controlled curing and exceptional bonding performance. This unique feature makes it ideal for processes where heat curing is part of the production cycle.

HT 1 can be used as a substitute for standard hardeners such as H 1 or H 2, using the same mixing ratios. It offers the same reliable adhesion and chemical resistance, with the added benefit of thermal reactivity for demanding print environments. When properly cured, prints become highly resistant to abrasion, chemicals, and environmental exposure.

Important note: HT Hardener HT 1 is only suitable for use on heat-resistant substrates. Materials that cannot withstand high temperatures may warp, deform, or become damaged during the curing process. Always verify substrate compatibility before use.
