Crosstable XY 75mm $695
This compact XY 75 mm cross table is designed for pad printing small and medium sized parts with fine-tuned micro adjustments in both the X and Y axis along with rotational adjustment. Excellent for pad printing items like coffee mugs, water bottles, medium sized medical devices, phone cases, and other medium sized objects. Works great on the HP90 and HP120 Series pad printers.

Ab excellent choice for pad printing larger items like footballs, hard hats, larger automotive products, large water bottles, and other small to large sized objects.Works great on the Universal Series and Professional Series pad printers.

dTable Pedestal $1,495
This versatile pedestal is designed to be easily mounted on virtually any work table. It features a convenient storage area under the top, which can be conveniently accessed from the side. This table pedestal allows a more comfortable pad printer height for some users as it elevates the printer from the standard table base.
Standard Pedestal $2,995
This versatile pedestal elevates the machine to a comfortable height. It features a convenient storage area, which can be conveniently accessed from the front and back to store store pad printing cliches, pads, ink, and more.
Professional Pedestal $4,495
The most versatile pedestal in the lineup. This pedestal can attach any XY cross table above including the large XY 240 mm table. This table allows the operator to drop the table to print up a 17″ deep part. The table can also be removed to house custom fixtures to pad print large items like trash cans. Also, provides the largest storage area of any pedestal. Storage area is accessible from the side to store pad printing cliches, pads, ink, and more.
Electronic Shuttles
These shuttles are designed to efficiently transfer substrates between different positions in multi-color printing setups. Available in various stroke lengths to match the specifications of the connected pad printing machine, the shuttle’s movement speed is fully adjustable for optimal pad printing performance. For enhanced substrate positioning, a Cross Table XY 75 or XY 100 can be mounted on top of the shuttle, providing greater precision and control.
Tape Cleaner
One of the most effective methods for cleaning pads during printing is using adhesive tape, a process commonly done manually. To streamline this, we also offer an automated solution with a tape cleaner, which can be integrated into any of our pad printing machines.
The tape cleaner is controlled via the machine’s control panel, allowing you to set customizable intervals for cleaning—such as after every 5th print. After each cleaning cycle, the unit automatically feeds a fresh piece of tape for the next cycle. The tape length is adjustable to suit your needs.
Please note, the tape cleaner must be integrated into the machine at the time of purchase.
Custom Jigs
Knead Silicone
Knead Silicone 2 Part Fixturing Compound
This kneadable silicone is designed to be mixed in a 1:1 ratio. Simply knead the material by hand until it achieves a uniform color. Once mixed, press the substrate into the silicone to create a precise jig, ensuring the silicone fully envelops the substrate for a secure fit. The silicone cures in just a few minutes and is ready to use—clean, easy, and quick.
Once fully cured, the jig remains slightly soft—strong enough to hold substrates in place while being gentle enough to prevent any damage.
