Azon UV Digital Printing Speed Vs. Quality

Azon UV digital and DTF printing equipment have four distinct quality settings which will be shown to the right on printed cards. These four settings are easily selected using the RIP software the machine comes with.

Even though the images look nearly identical on the card sized prints to the right, the quality and time to produce these images change depending on how detailed the print resolution is required. Print resolution is listed above the card in DPI (dots per inch) and print time is listed below the cards.  The time to print the cards is shown below each credit card sized part.

Quality Close Up

Whether looking to print the fastest UV digital printing speeds or looking for the highest quality UV digital printing capabilities Azon printers allow operators to optimize the image for speed, quality, or create a blended image.  Print up to 2,880 DPI for some of the sharpest resolution available in the industry today.

The 2,880 DPI printing capabilities allow printing of high resolution images that are large or small. This high resolution allows printing of the same image at a larger size versus competitor’s machinery allowing operators to take advantage of the large format printing bed found in the Matrix series printers below.

UV Digital Printing Systems

The Azon UV digital printers print direct onto parts.  The Azon digitial printers can also print on films that can later be turned into stickers.  The parts that can be printed on can vary in size and texture.  They can be made of cardboard, wood, plastic, glass, stone, tile, metal and more.  The systems are arranged below from smallest to largest and are usually purchased based on size of the part or number of parts required to be printed at one time.

DTF Printing Systems

The Azon UV DTF printers print using water based ink onto films.  The films are then heat transferred to t-shirts or other fabrics in seconds.  They are arranged in size from smallest to largest based upon demand requirements.
The Pronto series DTF printers are perfect for companies starting into the DTF market as these are desktop units that can print high resolution with excellent color results.
The Primo series UV DTF printers can work continuously with rolls of film being printed on so operators can send jobs to the printers returning hours later with jobs being completed without operator intervention. The Primo series UV DTF printers also have an automatic adhesive applicator which removes the need for secondary processes of adding adhesives to the image, so everything is done in-line.
Neon models allow the addition of Neon printing colors in addition to or replacing the standard CMYK colors.
